Election Reflection with Global Ex

Bringing the world to every kid's classroom and home

Election season in USA is imbued with big feelings, relentless verbal animosity, and resilient hopes for a better future. I’ve thought deeply about a lot of things over the last several months. I’ve concluded that beyond who we voted for and why, I must…

-Choose kindness daily

-Learn something new about a person and/or place

-Seek peace and regulation within my own body.

Now that I have my “I voted!” sticker, I can sit and wait knowing that I did my part in honor of my ancestors who didn’t have this right.

Alas… There are few things I can do to change the world at the macro-level. There are tons of things I/we can do at the micro-level. I choose and have chosen to share about what I’ve experienced around the world through books in hopes of inspiring readers to be curious and global thinkers. What micro-things have you chosen to do?

May your Election Day and days after be a time of reflection and connection!

I’m looking for students, teachers, classes, and families to try my program for FREE in exchange for constructive feedback. The class will be live on June 20th and I start my 8-country...
